Britney reels off her diva demands

In case you hadn’t heard, the Britney Spears caravan is rolling into town. And wherever Brit-Brit goes, an inevitably over-the-top list of demands is sure to follow. Ahead of next month’s London leg of her Circus tour, the troubled diva has issued the Dorchester Hotel with a set of requirements as long as your leg.
Committed Britney-watchers will recall that the 27-year-old warbler has already asked the hotel to install some pole-dancing equipment in her room so she can limber up for the stage with her saucy fitness regime of choice. But she hasn’t stopped there. Oh no. La Spears has also demanded a room which has never been smoked in – which is no mean feat for an 80-year-old hotel.
Quite how the good people at the Dorchester will be able to prove their suite has never been soiled by a cigarette is anyone’s guess, but Britney’s demands don’t stop there. She’s also requested some running routes in nearby Hyde Park, tickets for all the hottest West End shows, humidifiers galore – and the opportunity to go horse riding.
“She’ll also be bringing all her own pillows for ultra comfort and her security will sleep outside her suite,” said a source close to the star. “Britney may only be staying in the city for two weeks but she knows exactly what she wants and needs if she is to be happy.” Some degree of understatement there.
More intriguingly, the insider added that Britney is also hoping to make a private visit to Kensington Palace. Could the Princess of Pop still have the hots for a certain Prince, we wonder?
